Warranty, Replacement and Return Policy

We thank you for your trust in us, and we reaffirm our commitment to providing a unique shopping experience through a clear and flexible return and exchange policy. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing, as it may change from time to time based on market updates and product variety.


First: Cancel orders from the online store:

  • You can cancel your order within two hours of its completion (if it is still in process or under review), through your account on the website:

  • After two hours, or if cancellation is not possible, you can contact us via WhatsApp: 0561046190 .
  • The amount will be returned to the same payment method within one hour to 14 business days depending on the bank.
  • For installment purchases (Tabby/Tamara), the rescheduling request must be submitted within the same period.
  • Western Sniper is not responsible for the time it takes for the amount to reach your account , but is committed to providing proof of the return.


Second: Replacement

Other than the products that are not returnable or exchangeable in Clause (Ninth)

  • You have the right to request a replacement within 7 days from the date of purchase , provided that the product is:
  • In its original condition.
  • Not used.
  • Comes with all components and original packaging.
  • The product will be inspected within 3 business days of receipt, and if it meets the requirements, we will coordinate with you to select a suitable alternative.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (maximum 80 riyals).
  • If the exchange is not accepted, the product will be returned after paying a 30 riyal shipping fee or receiving it from our headquarters in Taif.
  • In case of a manufacturing defect or error in the description:
  • Western Sniper bears all shipping costs and the product will be replaced immediately or the value will be refunded.


Third: Recovery

Other than the products that are not returnable or exchangeable in Clause (Ninth)

  • You can request a return of the product within 3 days of receiving it , and the same exchange conditions above apply.


Fourth: Guarantee of local agents’ products

  • Western Sniper is an authorized distributor of products such as binoculars and scopes. In the event of a defect during the warranty period, we act as an intermediary to facilitate the process with the agent.

  • Product inspection period at the agent: 15 to 30 days .
  • Paid:
  • 80 riyals shipping fees (round trip).
  • 100 inspection fee will be refunded if a manufacturing defect is found, but will not be refunded if the product is found to be safe.


Fifth: Guarantee of Western Sniper products (binoculars, scopes, rifles)

  • One year warranty against manufacturing defects, provided the invoice is available.
  • Inspection fee: 100 riyals , refundable if defective, not refundable if product is intact.
  • Warranty does not include:
  • Shocks or dents.
  • Effects of improper installation or overtightening.
  • Inspection period: 15 to 30 days , no exchange or refund is allowed before the expiry of the period.
  • If the defect is proven:
  • The product will be replaced with a similar one, provided that the original product is replaced with the same basic accessories, such as carton, bases, keys, etc.
  • If unavailable, an alternative of the same category will be offered, and no cash refund will be issued.


Sixth: Policy for guaranteeing binoculars and scopes

  • Warranty includes:
  • Accuracy of the calculus.
  • Tolerate rebounds (as recommended by the company).
  • The rebound test mechanism uses a special device to set the grid to zero, then subject the product to a high rebound. The device then returns to the grid and examines whether it is stationary or has moved from zero.
  • Lens clarity for one year (excluding prolonged sun exposure or scratches).
  • Clarity test mechanism: Comparing the lens to a new product of the same model at a distance of 100 meters.
  • Warranty does not cover: damage resulting from misuse, overtightening of the bases, traces of tension on the drum tube, dents, or attempts to disassemble the product.
  • In case of accuracy dispute, the scope is tested by an independent, dedicated device without any human evaluations.


Seventh: Necessary general conditions

  • The original purchase invoice (electronic or paper) is required.
  • The security sticker must remain on the product, along with all accessories and original packaging.
  • Products that show signs of use or damage will not be accepted, even if they are under warranty.


Eighth: Purchases via Tabby/Tamara

  1. Return requests can be submitted via the website or by contacting customer service.
  2. Once the product is received and inspected, a refund request will be sent to Tabby/Tamara.
  3. Western Sniper is not responsible for any delay in refunding from Tabby/Tamara.
  4. Expected refund period: 1 to 21 days from order acceptance.
  5. To follow up on the status, you can log in to your account in the online store.

Ninth: Special cases in which returns or exchanges are not accepted.

  • Air guns after issuing a license.
  • Binoculars and binoculars , after purchase, disassembly or installation due to their sensitivity.

  • Lead if unpacked.

Tenth: Important notes

  • If the shipment is not received by the shipping company, it will be resent after the shipping fees are paid again.
  • If there is no response within 30 days of receiving the returned shipment, the order will be considered void.
  • If the same product is not available for exchange, you will be contacted to offer an alternative.
  • The warranty covers repair of manufacturing defects and does not include a refund.
  • Maximum maintenance period: 15 days (excluding parts delivery time).
  • The store is not responsible for any product that is not received within one month from the date of completion of maintenance.
