Warranty, Replacement and Return Policy

Thank you for your trust. We are committed to providing an exceptional shopping experience through our clear and flexible return and exchange policy. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing, as it may change from time to time based on market updates and product variety.


First: Canceling orders from the online store:

  • You can cancel your order within just two hours of its completion (if it is being processed or reviewed), through your account on the website:
  • (My Account → My Orders → Select Order → Cancel Order) .
  • The order cannot be modified after its status has changed to "Completed".
  • After two hours have passed, or if cancellation is not possible, you can contact us via WhatsApp: 0561046190 .
  • The money will be refunded to the same payment method within one hour to 14 business days, depending on the bank.
  • For installment purchases (Tabby/Tamara), a rescheduling request is submitted within the same period.
  • Western Sniper is not responsible for the time it takes for the money to reach your account , but is committed to providing proof of the return.


Second: Replacement

Apart from the products that are non-returnable or non-exchangeable in item (ninth)

  • You are entitled to request a replacement within 7 days of the purchase date , provided that the product:
  • In its original condition.
  • Not used.
  • It comes with all its components and original packaging.
  • The product will be inspected within 3 working days of receiving it, and if it meets the requirements, coordination will be made with you to choose the appropriate alternative.
  • Shipping costs to and from the customer are the responsibility (maximum 80 riyals).
  • If the exchange is not accepted, the product can be returned after paying 30 riyals in shipping fees or picked up from our headquarters in Taif.
  • In case of a manufacturing defect or error in the description:
  • Western Sniper will bear all shipping costs and the replacement will be immediate or the product value will be refunded.


Third: Retrieval

Apart from the products that are non-returnable or non-exchangeable in item (ninth)

  • You can request a return of the product within 3 days of receiving it , and the same exchange conditions above apply.


Fourth: Guarantee of products from local agents

  • Western Sniper is an authorized distributor of certain products such as binoculars and scopes. In the event of a defect during the warranty period, our role is to act as an intermediary to facilitate procedures with the agent.

  • Product inspection period at the agent: 15 to 30 days .
  • Payment is made:
  • Shipping fees (round trip) are 80 riyals .
  • A 100 riyal inspection fee is refundable if a manufacturing defect is found, and is not refundable if the product is found to be safe.


Fifth: Guarantee of Western Sniper Products (scopes, binoculars, rifles)

  • One year warranty against manufacturing defects, provided there is an invoice.
  • Inspection fee: 100 riyals. It is refundable if the defect is proven, and not refundable if the product is sound.
  • The warranty does not cover:
  • Bumps or dents.
  • Effects of incorrect installation or excessive tension.
  • Inspection period: 15 to 30 days . No replacement or refund claim is allowed before the end of this period.
  • If the defect is proven:
  • The product is replaced with a similar one, provided that the original product is replaced with the same basic accessories such as cartons, bases, keys, etc.
  • If it is not available, an alternative of the same category will be offered, and no cash refund will be given.


Sixth: Warranty Policy for Binoculars and Scopes

  • The warranty includes:
  • Accuracy of the clicks.
  • Tolerate rebounds (as per company recommendations).
  • The bounce test mechanism is done using a special device. The net is set to the zero point, and then the product is exposed to a high bounce. Then, the device is returned to check if the net is stable or has moved from the zero point.
  • Lens clarity lasts for one year (excluding prolonged sun exposure or scratches).
  • Clarity testing mechanism: Comparing the lens to a new product of the same model at a distance of 100 meters.
  • The warranty does not cover: damage caused by misuse or excessive tension on the bases, the presence of tension marks on the telescope tube, dents, or attempts to disassemble the product.
  • In case of disagreement over accuracy, the endoscope is tested by a dedicated, independent device without any human intervention or evaluation.


Seventh: Essential general conditions

  • An original purchase invoice (electronic or paper) is required.
  • The security sticker must remain on the product, along with all accessories and original packaging.
  • Products that show signs of use or damage are not accepted, even if they are under warranty.


Eighth: Purchases via Tabby/Tamara

  1. Return requests can be submitted via the website or by contacting customer service.
  2. Once the product is received and inspected, a refund request is sent to Tabby/Tamara.
  3. Western Sniper is not responsible for any delay in refunding the money from Tabi/Tamara.
  4. Expected refund period: 1 to 21 days from application acceptance.
  5. To follow up on the status, you can log in to your account on the online store.

Ninth: Special cases in which returns or exchanges are not accepted

  • Air rifles after the license is issued.
  • Binoculars and telescopes , after purchase and disassembly or installation, due to their sensitivity.
  • Measuring instruments and binocular bases when unpacking or using.
  • Electrical products such as transformers, batteries, and light bulbs after they have been opened.
  • Lead if the packaging is unpacked.
  • Rules for endoscopes in case of use, unpacking, or damage.


Tenth: Important Notes

  • If the shipment is not received from the shipping company, it will be resent after the shipping fees are paid again.
  • If no response is received within 30 days of receiving the returned shipment, the order is considered void.
  • If the same product is not available for replacement, you will be contacted to offer an alternative.
  • The warranty covers repairs for manufacturing defects but does not include refunds.
  • Maximum maintenance period: 15 days (excluding parts delivery time).
  • The store is not responsible for any product that is not received within one month of the end of maintenance.
