Dear Customer , Please note that we are committed to delivering your shipment as quickly as possible. Please read the following lines carefully.
- After you complete the order and payment process, we will start preparing your order and issuing the shipping policy within hours or minutes, depending on the shipping company chosen in the order.
- We currently deal with two shipping companies that are the best and fastest (SMSA - Redbox)
- Shipping via SMSA:
- If you choose SMSA, we will deliver your shipment the next morning, directly to the SMSA office. In very rare cases, due to work pressure, delivery will be made the next day (except for official holidays). Your shipment will then be on its way to you and will reach you within 3 to 8 business days from the time of delivery. You can pick up your order from the nearest SMSA branch or have it delivered to your home, based on their communication with you and your choice.
- Delivery to your home cannot be guaranteed in all areas. You must select the appropriate method through the SMSA message sent to you. If home delivery is not possible, you must choose the nearest branch to collect from. Qanas Al Gharbia is not responsible for any home delivery failure.
- You can track your shipment directly from within your order in the store or through the tracking number sent to you via text messages.
- The shipping price is a fixed 30 Saudi riyals for shipments up to 15 kg, and above that is calculated automatically.
Redbox offers drop-off points spread across many areas and neighborhoods, such as gas stations, malls, and other locations. Your shipment will arrive at one of these points, which you have pre-selected based on your location, or Redbox will specify it based on the address you entered if you haven't specified a pickup point.
- If you choose Redbox, after issuing the shipping policy, all you have to do is wait for a Redbox representative to receive the shipment. This will take 1 to 2 days (excluding official holidays) . Your shipment will then be on its way to you and will arrive within 3 to 8 business days from the time of delivery.
- Please note that your shipment will remain at the delivery point for 48 hours only, after which it will be returned to us. You will be required to pay the shipping fee again if you wish to reship it, or you can extend the delivery time by contacting us or Redbox customer service.
- Shipping cost on Redbox is only 11 riyals.
- Shipping to Redbox is limited to small shipments only. If we find that the size or weight is not suitable, we will contact you via customer service to inform you of this and change the shipping company to SMSA, with payment of the price difference for each shipment of 19 riyals.
You can track your shipment directly from within your order in the store or through the tracking number sent to you.
- We are not responsible for any delays in your shipment after delivery. Once the shipment is delivered to the shipping company, Western Hunters is completely free of responsibility. The customer and the shipping company deal directly. We will do everything we can to communicate with the company or file complaints to expedite the delivery process.
- Western Sniper is not responsible for any delays in the delivery process resulting from the shipping company's failure to find the customer's address. The customer is fully responsible for providing a clear address and a correct mobile number when ordering the product.
- In the event that the shipment is returned to us by the shipping company due to the customer's failure to respond to the shipper or a delay in receiving the shipment, Qanas Al Gharbia shall not bear any responsibility. The customer will be required to repay the shipping costs to Qanas Al Gharbia before the shipment is resent to him, after notifying the customer of the matter by contacting the WhatsApp number registered with the order.
- If the customer does not respond or contact us within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of return of the shipment by the shipping company, he will not have the right to claim the product or its value thereafter.
