Terms and conditions of warranty for binoculars
Dear customer, before purchasing, please read the warranty terms carefully.
The warranty covers any manufacturing defects in the binoculars, such as lens fogging, lens clarity distortion, problems with the calipers, the presence of dust inside the lenses, or filtration problems.
The scope is considered out of warranty in the following cases:
· Problems resulting from excessive tension on the bases other than the manufacturer’s recommendation (16 to 18 maximum).
There is a dent in the tube of the endoscope.
· Tower breakage due to attempt to unlock while locking.
Scratches or traces of disassembly of the mechanical parts of the scope are not covered by the warranty.
In case of clouding or blurring, the scope is compared to a similar new or almost new scope.
In the event of a complaint about a difference in weight or recoil, the product is subjected to a special test using a device that zeroes the scope, then exposes it to a strong recoil, and then compares the mesh before and after the recoil. If there is a difference, it is a manufacturing defect. If there is no difference, the product is considered intact regardless of the customer's complaint, and the presence of a defect in the scope is ruled out.
In the event of any complaint regarding the endoscope, it will undergo a technical examination to determine the nature of the problem within a maximum of 15 to 30 days. A 100 riyal examination fee will be paid, which will be refunded if a manufacturing defect is proven, and the endoscope will be replaced with a similar or equivalent product if the same product is not available.
